Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HawkScan (hawkscan.trade). By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. What HawkScan is

HawkScan lets you upload chart screenshots and receive an AI-generated technical read and trade setup. It is an analysis tool, not a broker, not a signal provider, and not a licensed financial advisor. See the Risk Disclosure for what that means for you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use trading-analysis tools in your jurisdiction to use HawkScan.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. One account per person.

4. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

• Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
• Credit top-up packs are one-time purchases of extra, never-expiring analysis credits, drawn on only after your plan’s daily allowance is used up.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change; a price change never affects a billing period you’ve already paid for.
• Purchases are generally non-refundable, but if something’s gone wrong, email contact@hawkscan.trade and we’ll take a look.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the service.
• Automate or abuse the analysis feature outside normal individual use.
• Resell or redistribute access to your account.
• Use HawkScan for any unlawful purpose.

6. Not financial advice

Every analysis is generated by an AI model reading only the image you uploaded — it is not connected to a live market-data feed, and it is not investment, trading, or financial advice. It may be inaccurate or out of date. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make. Trading carries a substantial risk of loss.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the chart images you upload. By uploading one, you allow us to send it to our AI provider solely to generate your analysis.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. You can stop using HawkScan, or ask us to delete your account, at any time.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

HawkScan is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HawkScan is not liable for any trading losses or other damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; we’ll post the revised version here with an updated date.
